Ochs Powersports

I was charged $150.00 for a simple oil change for my Honda Pioneer. Thats 6 quarts of oil and 2 filters. When I stated I was shocked, they knocked off $20.00 stating I was overcharged. Even at that rate, the Oil change kit costs $35.00 anywhere. That leaves $95 to $100 dollars for 30 minutes labor. They also charged my debit card twice. It took a week to get it back. Most shops would have charged me $80.00 for that same oil change. I thought I would do my business locally by having them change the oil. Never them again.

We used this dealership to rent a car for our vacation and confirmed our 7 passenger seat vehicle. Upon pick-up (the day we were leaving) we were shown a 5 passenger vehicle and were told the 7 passenger vehicle was in an accident. Not only did we have to sit in the dealership to wait for verification that there was no other vehicle for us to take, nobody seemed to know "anything" and unnecessary questions were being asked that did not contribute towards a solution to our problem. Not only did they NOT (even being a dealership) have another 7 passenger vehicle, we were also told that due to the inconvenience we would be offered a discount. As a middle class woman who works hard and rarely gets time off, this was unneeded and most definitely unwanted stress and the worst way to start off m

Doesn't even deserve a star! Bought a car from this place they made me and my fiancee wait a week to get the car and after we had the car for about 5-6 days we had to have the car towed back to the dealership and told we can't have our money back but they will fix what wrong with it. 2-3months later still having problem and apparently there is nothing they can do at all, what kind of business are they running?

we bought a new can am, the customer service wasnt the best, definitely not 5 star. the salesman first told us things and what he would do and then not follow thru, promises that were broken. They did not go thru how to operate the new machine or what all the buttons were for until we had it loaded I complained about it. also when you buy something new it usually comes full of gas, thus was empty. I actually made my husband go back in and complain some more till finally they broke down and for a tank if gas!! that will probably be the last time we buy from Ochs in perryville. when you spend well over $12000.00 I expect good, honest, customer service and something thrown in the deal.

Went in to get a zero turn mower Clint was very good at how he and I went through the whole process of financing and details of the badboy zero turn. Got approved very quickly and got my zero turn the same day. Look forward to do more business with Ochs and with Clint.
