These guy are 100% legit. Problem is people like me that buy from them and get a good deal don't leave reviews. I got a seal of a deal, almost to good to be true, fast shipping and the exact product I ordered with free shipping and tracking. No problem here. Would highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of tires on Ebay, only one showed up. When I contacted them they pointed out that even though the listing says "tires" and the picture clearly shows 2, way way down at the bottom of the description is says "quantity: 1". They are now refusing to refund me unless I pay to ship the 1 tire back which would cost me half of what I paid. Clearly a bait and switch scam they are running.

I’d hate to be critical of any brick and mortar motorcycle store, simply because we need more of them and support them. My experience is as an online customer who bought a pair of pants that ended up having the included suspenders missing. The person I talked to on the phone was not helpful, claiming that these pants didn’t come with suspenders (despite their own product description as well as Alpinestars’) and not willing to help any further. An email following up and asking to please check whether they had a pair they could send me remained unanswered. Fortunately Alpinestars warranty support stepped in and is sending me the missing suspenders based on the receipt and pictures. So I am deducting two stars for poor customer service.

Absolute trash company. Sends used parts and then says they won’t accept items that have been installed…. Can’t know it doesn’t work without installing it. Avoid this place. Their policies are designed to screw the customer.

Thank you for sending me Bell MX 9 half way around the world to India. It came perfectly no damage or anything.
