OFF AGAIN 4X4 SERVICE & REPAIR

Off Again is an amazing shop! I learned of them with a Google search as a 1978 Jeep CJ7 I purchased needed some work. The rear end was gone with two snapped axles, the engine cut out at 50 mph, and the steering was all over the place. Moreover, I live about 800 miles from Farmington. The communication was first rate. The trust given and exhibited was never in question.. The workmanship solid. The outcomes from the work completed amount to a very functional and delightful CJ7. I highly recommend the shop, Kevin and Cody, and all the bits and pieces that the mechanics use and apply to keep Jeeps on the road and off the road.

Big kudos to Kevin, Cody, Juan and the rest of the gang at Off Again. They took my plain Cherokee Trailhawk and helped me turn into a real "Trail Rated" rig. They found a lift kit for it and helped me with getting the right tire and wheel combo. The lift and tires and wheels from Discount Tire, gave me a rig that I can confidently take to the San Juans. After completing the work, they wanted to make sure it was ready for the trails. They had me come back in after putting on about a hundred miles after the work. They then completed a complete re-torque of all the things they touched at no charge. While doing the work they also found some issues with the lower control arms and brakes. I've taken my 2004 Jeep Wrangler to Off-Again a few times for extensive work and Kevin has always been very helpful. He communicated with me any surprise issues they discovered and worked with me on what the best course of action would be. The quick and efficient quality of work is second to none in the area!

I needed a new transmission in my 2006 F 150. I got a Jasper remanufactured transmission from Off Again. It has upgrades based upon problems that the original was known to have. My truck runs great and the job was done in a timely manner. The staff are nice, Kevin and Kody are extremely knowledgeable. I do not know the mechanics names but I briefly talked to them, they were cool guys, and based upon how my truck is running, they did great work. I got an oil change while I was there too. They also introduced me to some good products to use in my engine and my transmission. The shop is nice and the vehicles are kept safe at night, in a locked up yard. I will return when any of my vehicles need work. Highly recommend.
