Scheduled for Truck lift kit and oversized transmission case with fluid and filter change. They were recast for my appointment when I got there. Communicated great! Truck came out awesome, rides smooth as butter, alignment perfect as can be. Love the setup and the guys did a perfect job with all installs and maintenance 💯!

These guys are utterly fantastic! The side rail on my truck was about to fall off due to improper installation by an ex-boyfriend. It was about to fall off, and I was worried about killing somebody behind me. Called Off-Road Jacksonville and with the greatest customer service imaginable, they let me come in, they whipped up a part for my truck and got it fixed CORRECTLY. Now the side rail is safe again. Please go see these guys. They are hard working fellows who clearly care about doing things the right way. I will definitely be back and will point as much business as I can to them.
