Worked with Cody at Offroad Alliance — this was my first time doing Bronco mods (front/rear bumpers + lights). I was lost on what to buy, what would fit, and what I wasn’t thinking about. He went the extra mile when it came time for the install and coordinated/supported my installer.

I ordered load bars for my RSI Smart cap though off-road alliance back in June. When I ordered them it said after placing the order and submitting payment that they were on back order for 4-6 weeks which I had a trip planned for early August and was ok with waiting. By the end of July I had still not heard anything so I reached out by phone and was met with an unsympathetic response basically telling me that there was no way they were coming in and an attitude like I should know RSI doesn’t keep their lead times. After some pushback on my part they connected me with sales to talk me into a different set of load bars that were half the weight rating for the same price being in a bind with less then 2 weeks before my trip I accepted and I was sent load bars from Sherpa. I ordered a Phantom bumper through Offroad Alliance after hitting a deer. My insurance approved the upgrade from OEM, and the order was placed. The first bumper arrived damaged. Because my truck was otherwise ready, I initially accepted a credit. I was then encouraged to try a replacement that could be shipped quickly, so I agreed and paid additional rental car days out of pocket. The second bumper also arrived damaged. At that point, I had no choice but to reinstall the OEM bumper. The end result was seven additional days in a rental vehicle, added costs, and lost time—all due to two damaged aftermarket shipments. The website showed items as in stock, which is why I placed the order. After purchasing, I received an email saying it would take a few weeks. A few weeks passed and nothing arrived. When I contacted them, they gave me another date. Months went by and still nothing. Eventually I demanded a refund for the items I had already returned, and even getting them to agree to that was difficult. They’ve had the returned items for months now and I still haven’t received my refund. Meanwhile I’m paying interest on my credit card because of their poor business practices.
