I recently purchased my RAM 1500 from Ed Moura at O'Hara Motors, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Ed made the entire process feel personal and pressure-free. He truly took his time with me - walking through all the truck’s features, answering every question, and making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with my purchase. It never felt rushed or transactional. He genuinely wanted me to understand and enjoy everything the truck has to offer. After the sale, I experienced a small software glitch (no fault of Ed or his team). I called him, and he answered immediately. He was right on it - coordinating with the service department and making sure I had a solution quickly. That level of responsiveness after the sale says everything.

Had the best experience at O'Hara Motors this weekend. I wanted to sell a vehicle and was put in touch with Eduardo Moura. From start to finish Ed was so incredibly delightful and warm, professional and made the whole process seamless. He went well above and beyond and I was very grateful to him for everything. The reason I chose to sell my car here was mainly Ed and the whole experience Don, the General Manager was equally great. I was very impressed at how fair the selling process was here, unlike other dealars. Also, I had bought a vehicle in the past from this dealarship and I have to say every sales/service experience was great. The staff is so warm, relaxed, yet professional, which has remained over the years - a true family dealarship, something you so rarely see anymore! Thanks Ed

Had a great purchase experience getting my new-to-me Jeep Grand Cherokee with Brittany and the team at O'Hara Motors in Falmouth. While not the largest Jeep dealer on Cape Cod, it was nice to have a personal sales experience again. Brittany took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and patient while I worked through my process. When I was ready to purchase, she and the team made it pressure free and effieicnt. From sales paperwork, financing, registration through to delivery, O'Hara was nothing but professional and pleasant to deal with. I look forward to working with them on any service needs and will definitely consider them when it comes time to find my next vehicle.

Ohara Motors is an excellent dealership to purchase a vehicle. They offered me a fair deal for my trade-in and for the new vehicle price. Serena, Ed, Todd and Don were friendly and extremely helpful. Also, a shout out to the Service Manager Robert who performed the vehicle inspection today.

2nd time buying from O'Hara and they've been the best Jeep dealership I've been too! On my 4th Jeep and they are by far the most amazing. I had credit issues and they worked with me and the bank to ensure I could get my loan. I filled out an application online on NY's Day - not expecting a call back. They were closed but the Manager was there shoveling, saw my app & called me back, for a call back at 10am saying I was approved! Forever grateful and will 100% be going back when I'm ready for another Jeep! Thank You all! Todd, Serena & Mike - you are THE BEST!
