Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My first time here. Went in for an oil change. The staff was incredibly friendly, thorough, and transparent about their prices and services. It was the little details that made it a great experience. I will be back again.

I enjoy waiting in my car as it is quick, in and out. The techs are polite and don't pressure sell you but will answer any questions. It costs slightly more than doing it myself but I'm now old enough to not enjoy it anymore. My wife raved about her experience and that was worth a LOT.

Superlative service and technical quality. Steve and his crew are the benchmark by which all oil change and other vehicular service outlets should be judged. They took meticulous care of the vehicle and methodically and expertly ensured that the proper high quality fluids were used and replaced the fluids to the highest standard. The experience insured that I will be a long term customer for my twice a year oil changes, yearly radiator service, and yearly differential service. I will recommend Steve and Valvoline to all my friends . Would give then 10 stars if possible!!!!!

I had a great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Falmouth. Even with only about 20 minutes left in their day, the staff was kind, patient, and provided excellent service. They didn’t pressure me with unnecessary air or cabin filter sales, which I really appreciated. Benjamin, Connie, and Jack all did a fantastic job. I’d definitely recommend this location and will be back again.

We took our car here recently and had the oil changed. The car is a 2023 and was working great, no messages on the dashboard. Simply went in for an oil change. During the service I watched the tech take off the coolant cap and the 2nd tech asked him what he was doing. They put the cap back and continued with the oil change. After we left, we had a new message on the dashboard that stated "Check Coolant Level" so we went back and they said (miraculously after 8 months of no issues) that the coolant cap was broken. They told us they didn't break it and to go elsewhere to get a new cap. Anyone with any logic would see through that and know the odds are incredibly against an issue with a coolant cap breaking on its own on a 2023 car. Needless to say I would not trust this company and d
