Ohio Automotive Supply-NAPA and Heavy Duty Truck Parts

I work on the road alot and its hard to find a good parts store on a regular basis. The guys that work here usually know their stuff. Very few times have I come here over the years and they didn't have something in stock or they were quick to get the parts in

I was searching for a battery for my daughter several weeks ago and searched everywhere in town. No one else had it in stock except for these guys. And for the smallest price as well. They also went over and above for me because they were about to close and made it possible for me to get my part even after the business had closed for the day. Overall, I had an outstanding experience.

They were help but I didn’t get the right parts

Called and talked with a great customer service agent who helped look up the part & explained what was going on when his computer gave him trouble. Was able to let us know some other places to try when they couldnt get the part within our timeline. A true above & beyond experience, even though we couldnt 'seal a deal', we still worked together as human beings. Wonderful people at this store.

Friendly and helpful! It’s refreshing to be greeted and go to a place that still provides customer service. They treat you like you’re an inconvenience. This is my number one choice for automotive needs.
