They are friendly, hard working, and fair! Very caring employees! I have used this facility for oil changes and inspections for more than five years. They always do a great job. Today I had them replace the brake pads on my 2018 car. They started and completed in less than an hour. The price was really good and the brake pads are guaranteed for life. As a woman, I appreciate that they make car care and safety recommendations for my vehicle without a hard up-sell attitude! I highly recommend Oil and Auto for your car's care!

I strongly recommend avoiding this shop if you want to protect yourself from misleading or fraudulent practices. I visited this shop for an oil change and state inspection. Before going, I called and confirmed the price for a synthetic oil change — the manager on the phone told me it was $69.99 and good for 10,000 miles. However, during the service, they used oil that’s only good for 6,000 miles. When I questioned this, their supervisor admitted that there’s another type of oil for 10,000 miles — but it costs more. During the inspection, they also told me my air filter needed to be replaced. The technician quoted $34.99, but when I received the final invoice, the price was significantly higher.

David was phenomenal. Getting my inspection was painless and as a woman who knows nothing about cars, to be thoroughly explained through the whole process was an extra touch of customer service. Great prices and very accommodating to show market values and matching those prices. Thank you so much. I will be a return customer!

Friendly service. Came for an oil change, got reccomended to change out my air filters as well. Decent price.
