Always nice and always quick. Two things I’d like to see improved: 1. The oil change reminder sticker is always set for 3,000 miles, no exceptions (as I was told). However, my manufacturer recommends 7,500-mile intervals. I’d appreciate it if the reminder reflected my vehicle’s specifications instead of a blanket number. A fixed 3,000-mile sticker feels less like customer care and more like sales strategy-and no one reads it positively. If you want my repeat business sooner, earn it by adding value, not by creating artificial urgency. 2. I was quoted $45 for an in-cabin air filter replacement - a part that costs around $12 on Amazon and takes about a minute to install. I fully understand there are overhead costs and margins in every service, but pricing that far beyond the time and mater

Oil Changers in Watseka is the best place to take your vehicle for maintenance. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. They are friendly yet professional, fast yet efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had to have all fluids changed on my Jeep Wrangler and they had me in and out of their shop in less than an hour. Regarding the oil change stickers, I have taken my vehicles to many shops over the years before I found Oil Changers in Watseka, and EVERY ONE OF THE SHOPS print stickers that state the next oil change is at 3,000 miles, no matter what kind of oil change you get. I have asked and all have stated that they cannot change the stickers.

The gentlemen were fast and efficient. Not pushy in any way. I very much appreciated the break down of what I need to get down with prices supplied.

They were very honest about what needed to be done and they didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. My friend would have paid 200 dollars atleast at the place I usually get my oil ch aged at and only paid 84 with a starting price of 52 dollars. I will definitely be taking my car to them for its oil change.
