Great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Watseka! The staff was friendly and really helped me find the exact part I needed. They scanned my vehicle for free and got me the diagnostics, which made it easy to get back on the road. Definitely recommend stopping here for parts and auto help!

Very friendly and helpful. Nice gentleman working. They didn't give up until they found the part I needed. They deserve a raise or promotion, both of them. It's hard working with the public, but they were excellent!

I walked in was greeted quickly . I was asked if I needed any help, I new what I needed but they were helpful in pointing me to what I was looking for. I was asked if I had a rewards card, but only for about 11 years. I was in one of your stores in Hammond last week great service there also
