Hi, I've been here several times, while being Valvoline. I am happy with the courtesy given me as well . Over also been to the new establishment and have been happy with the services and courtesy given me also. However, after reading the reviews and especially the replies from the business owner or management, you guys seem very unprofessional in your replies to your customers. Courtesy and respect brings customer back. The " Yeah alright, to whatever, bye" is not the easy to earn customer respect and business. Even if you believe they are lying. This is why I gave (one star). (Two) For another side. Lying I didn't think so, maybe worried. If you never had problems before your service, what would you? No oil? They were fast and efficient. They gave me a free vacuum service that definitely needed. And i love the fact that I don't have to get out my car or wait forever. A little difficult to find since I was looking for the old place that used to be there but the service was still the same; superb.
