Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change & Car Wash

The lady was extremely friendly when I pulled up, offering me beverages or anything I may need while I wait. Staff was very friendly. The issue with this place, it takes a very long time to even get in place to have my oil changed. I sat waiting for 45 minutes!! I had only 1 car in front of me. The employees seem to bounce around from lane to lane and it seems unorganized or inefficient. The staff are friendly but extremely slow! If you wanna kill an hour or more then get your oil changed here!

I went for both my husband's and my cars, each had an oil change and transmission cleaning service, they went above and beyond. Amazing service, wonderful advice and very professional. The last few times I went here was awhile ago, I was not happy with the finish. It has been at least a year so I tried again, I paid $40 for the wash when I got to my truck the trim had not been done, the running boards still had dirt all over them then I looked inside and they didn't wipe anything down except the dash. I showed a worker there what they missed (pretty much everything) and he went through it again but still was dirty but I didn't want to repeat myself. They didn't remove my mats to vacuum and it looks like they just dumped water and pushed it around on the mats and didn't dry them and they are still dirty. I don't think they even touched my rims, they have crap all over them still. If you are going to charge $40 to clean a vehicle it should be clean I shouldn't have to tel

I've had my car serviced there for years, always a fine experience, friendly service folks who are great at their job and I feel confident that it's fine right
