Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

Team of technicians were amazing. Very thorough. I was visiting California and normally do all of my own oil changes. It is rare for me to have someone else do it. But since I was out of town, I chose to come here. I was very specific on steps I wanted them to take - as an example - ensure they put oil on the filter housing oil ring on this Jeep Wrangler Sport 3.6L but they were one step ahead of me and showed me what they were doing prior to installation. I give them 5 stars for excellent service and communication. My only feedback is that I can do it much cheaper when you do it yourself. But what is most important it is done right. Had a great experience with my drive thru oil change at Oilstop. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed about everything they were doing as they did it. It’s so nice to see we still have drive thru options for oil changes these days. I was in and out of there in 10-15 minutes tops. And as an added bonus they had coupons you can use straight from your phone. I will definitely be returning when it’s time for my next oil change. 5stars*****

I had all three of my cars serviced this week. Excellent service and very good price. The Oil Stop team is very detailed and they inform you of all 33 point service as its being done. I am very satisfied and will be a loyal customer in the future. Highly recommend Oil Stop.

Staff was very friendly and did a great job per policy. But, it was a little over the top and I had 4 or 5 different employees come to my car window over exuberant during the 10-15 min oil change. It felt a little strange. 1 or 2 employees communicating would be sufficient. Maybe management needs to change there policy and not have the employees be so "over the top friendly" and put 1 or 2 employees in charge of communicating with the customers.
