I got my car towed to this shop. I spoke with Charlie before towing the car there. My car was having issues starting up. Once towed, Charlie assured me it was my starter and that he would have it resolved. I picked up my car today ($430 later for a starter) and tonight my car won’t start again. I also told Charlie earlier my check engine light came back on and he turned it off and sent me on my way. My starter was not the issue and I’m here $430 dollars later with the same issue I started with: a car that won’t start. I will be going back for a refund tomorrow and will be giving back this starter that was not the issue to begin with. Poor service and very disappointed to be stranded yet AGAIN on the same day I received my car back.
