The Young lady who helped me and my Service Dog, today, was super nice. While waiting for my low tire to be fixed we had a nice visit making the tire fixing a nice experience.

I was an owner of a towing company for many years and recommended alot of my customers to 12 street OK tires. They always treated my customers amazing. I for at least 20 yrs have taken my personal vehicles to them. Angie has taken her dad's experience and customers service to a level that my wife and I very much appreciate. I am leaving Salem but rest assured they are my shop for maintenance of my personal vehicles.

Wonderful experience! Had a flat this morning. Came here after being told Les Schwab might have a wait time. They were able to take the car in right away and fixed the flat, all within about 30min!

Good local business. I had a funky low-pressure tire, or I thought it might be a faulty sensor. They checked out that tire, it was low, and they took it off to look for leaks and such. And they were going to do that for FREE. I gave five bucks for taking the time to do that. They actually care about their customers. I will give them future business. They also do oil changes! Super friendly person at the front desk.

Tech took the time to explain what he was doing and taught me a lot. They had me in and out for a 4-wheel alignment within an hour. Also pointed out that my recent DIY under-hood light was causing my hood to stay open an inch so I was able to fix that. Great people! Will come again for my next alignment!
