Had quotes and attempted repair from other places. This place was amazing. They fixed the vehicle fast and cheaper than anyone else in town. The customer server ice was amazing. Communication on what was going on was spot on. Will recommend anyone and everyone to choose this place over anywhere else in town.

Told me I needed a new alternator for a total of $1,600 and when I mentioned I’d bring my car somewhere else, they came back and said “oh no I guess we were mistaken it’s just the battery which will be $500”. Tried to charge me 3x the original battery price. I brought it home and changed the battery myself for 1/5 the price.

I came in right before closing with an issue other shops told me was unfixable. John and the rest of the team had it repaired and new tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour, and for a reasonable price.

Never never never get your tires here. Bought a set of 4 with a "Full warranty" in February had to take it back because they "forgot" to balance one of the front tires. I had to pay for it apparently mechanic forgetting is not covered. Had non repairable side wall damage on one of the "warranty" one person told me I would only pay installation ,went to pick it up apparently when I was told I would only pay installation fee the person told me wrong or missed a step in the process now the price went up beyond installation. Scrapping sounds coming from brokes after having tires mounted, when the brake pads and shoes were just changed. When speaking with other customers they had very similar experiences in dealing with this store. Please please don't let your elderly or aging family members sh

I've been going to this OK tire for years, and they've always treated my vehicles well. I sold my last car and the mechanic that checked it over for the new owner had glowing reviews on how well it was taken care of. I just had my current car in this week, and not only were they thorough with their care and fair with their pricing, I was welcomed and treated like family at every interaction from drop off to phone call to pickup.
