The employees at OK! Tire are always so accommodating.. If I need to change my appointment, they usually have something open. Everyone here is nice. I'm always greeted with a smile. I honestly know that these guys care. When I'm in need, OK! Tire is here to the rescue with my vehicle needs. The mechanic that completed my oil change was so fast. Thought he was Speedy Gonzalez. The sales rep showed me some compatible wheels like ones we have are bald. I have options and she presented some prices for different purposes. I'm grateful. Thanks, OK! Tire.
Came into town for a bull sale and had two tires giving up on me. They got me in before normal business hours, got 2 new tires on and out the door in 15 minutes. Nothing but helpful and great people to deal with!
The lady in the front office is absolutely disrespectful, and rude to everyone I seen walk in including me. She wasn’t welcoming and the other guys even the ones in the shop need checked. This place is out of their mind. She didn’t ask me a single world, didn’t ask if I wanted to keep tires I had no idea what was going on because they don’t speak it’s completely mute in there it’s worse than a mental hospital. I’d do my own tires before I ever step foot near that awful place again. Had my tires done pretty fast was grateful til I got home it went flat. Was fixed fine, but that’s not the root of it this place has no care when fixing your tires or car in general. If I were you I’d take your car to the only other shop in town or drive farther out.
OKTire went above and beyond after I had a mechanical failure on some parts they worked on. Not only did they stand behind their work, but made sure I was taken care of resolving the issue and moving forward to make sure I was all set. Mike/Jess are always super friendly and willing to talk about service needed. Would recommend them again.
Absolutely always amazing service from Jessica and Les the store manager.. Everything fixed in timely manner… Everything you do for Beb Trucking and the farm is much appreciated!! Thanks for going above and beyond…..
