My wife had a flat the other night and a good Samaritan called someone that works at Rick's Tire. They aired up the tire and it seemed to be holding air so they told her to come by in the morning and have it checked. The next day it was flat again and we couldn't take it to the shop so they came to us and aired it up. We followed them to the shop and they repaired it. That tire had been a problem for a couple months and it went flat again. I was done with it and asked them to put on new tires. The price was good and the service was fast. Really fast. I was in the lobby playing with Rex the shop dog and the next thing I know they were finished. Everybody that works there are incredibly nice and I can't say enough good things about Rick's. If you need tires or service you need to call them.

On our way to Texas, a flat tire on a Saturday. We limped it to Shane at Rick’s shop at 10pm. He changed the tire and rode with us for a text drive to make sure we would have a save trip. Good owners and good workers.

We had problems with a blown out tire and Rick’s came through for us. The employee was very helpful and stayed open an hour late to resolve our problem so we could be back on the road. I would strongly recommend Rick’s wholesale tire to anyone needing service.!

Got a flat in carrington at 7:00 Saturday night. Their website says to call the cell phones for 24 hour emergency service. I got ahold of Shane and he told me he worked all day and didn't want to come in and said nobody else available. Stay away from this place if they are willing to leave a family stranded.
