OKeeffe's Collision

Loved my experience at O'Keeffe's Collision! For years I have known this shop as an ESABA member but until recently had luckily not needed them. I'm so glad I went to them with this repair! It was done expertly, with a convenient rental that was the right price, finished on time and was so much less than the other estimate I got. I would use them again in a heartbeat... although, of course, I hope I don't have to.

Amazing work and customer service as always. Pictures don't lie and a big thank you to Dan for always being transparent in these difficult situations. Not only did they fix my door, they detailed the inside and out! From the paint shining to even cleaning the smallest of things like the cup holders and windows, tiny details matter. Last note, I had a few scratches on the car with a highly dark color visible and they even took care of that. Just a great group of genuine professionals.

Took my car here for an estimate. While I was there, they removed some tar that had gotten on my car that I thought was rust. They gave me an estimate, and worked with the insurance company of the guy who damaged my car. Told me when to bring it in, and when it would be ready to go. No drama, everything done just like they said. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the interior was clean and great smelling. They had vacuumed and washed the interior, much to my surprise! I would highly recommend the shop for anyone looking for great service.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at OKeeffe's! From the start, Dan was super friendly and walked me through everything on my quote. The pricing was extremely fair and felt appropriate for the work I was getting done. They did EXCELLENT work -- my car looks brand new! They even vacuumed my floors and the interior spelled clean. I would highly recommend O'Keeffe's to anyone.
