I don't write reviews often, but this place really deserves the review. I had my girlfriend take her car there twice since I live 3 hours away. First time was for an oil change and the first inspection after purchasing the vehicle. This shop was very professional about giving accurate great pricing, and also gave a detailed inspection of the car. They did let us know about the issues the car has, but they also told us that they are not urgent and we can wait a bit more. Second time was also for an oil change, and we opted to get the issues fixed. They were able to give accurate and great pricing again. I loved that the shop was honest about all works that needs to be done, and especially that they were honest about the repair that wait. And the best part is that the cost of repair was far

Been going here since I got my bmw, super chill people and got very reasonable prices. They have helped me out a bunch, can’t thank them enough for their work. Will definitely recommend them to anyone having car issues!!

I do most of my own repairs, but I was short on time and had a hard time diagnosing a problem. I told OTG there was no rush to get my vehicle fixed as I didn't have a lot of money. They quoted me a price to replace a flex plate and was about the lowest in town. I had them do the work as I wanted to give them a chance. The work they did was excellent and my vehicle is still working like new after 20k miles. I would say they do the best work for the money and did an excellent job explaining and showing the work they did.

I am not a car guy at all, way handier outdoors. I take my car here for basically everything it needs and never feel like I'm being overpriced or skipped over--and I've tried many other places. The process gets explained and each time is super reasonable--especially when my transmission decided to quit. Highly recommended!
