I had a wonderful experience at KIA of Mankato during my last service appointment earlier this month. I drive quite far to get my service completed there and it was worth it. The service for my vehicle was completed competently and in a timely manner. Lazaro was my service advisor - he was attentive, informative, and friendly. The dealership and waiting area was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Popcorn was great too. Thanks for a great service experience!
I enjoyed the experience at Kia of Mankato. We were not bothered by sales while we waited, service was quick, and the service advisor Brenda was polite when we declined additional services (air cleaner, brakes, etc). Brenda kept us informed the entire time we were there and had us on our way quickly. We traveled 2.5 hours to this Kia dealership for the experience rather than an hour to our more local dealership due to poor experiences there. They did not disappoint.
This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from Kia of Mankato (specifically Paula) and I will continue to buy from them and refer family and friends to them as they are extremely accommodating, not pushy and work hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They work with you to give you a very fair deal to what works best for you. Everyone that I came in contact with was professional and made me feel like I was important to them. This time I worked with Paula (again) and Matthew and they both were fantastic!! I appreciate everyone at Kia of Mankato. I love my Telluride!!
My experience at Kia was amazing. I purchased my first car on my own! Kyle was an amazing help and was so informative and transparent. If I ever buy another car Kyle is the one I want to sell it to me!
Always excellent service. Every oil change service I get I’m greeted right away with a positive friendly attitude and always told a time frame and updated. Thank you for always being excellent! Also, Jeff is amazing he is always friendly and always makes us feel welcomed when we come in and always explains everything in an easy way to understand.
