After having any tire work done, be sure to check your wheel studs and lug nuts before and after. The studs are the bolts attached to the wheel hub, and the lug nuts are the fasteners that screw onto them to keep the wheel securely mounted on your vehicle. Hi Mike,The technician at Firestone on Saturday mentioned that he didn’t break the stud on my wheel. However, I have a photo from Firestone 9/27/2025showing that all of my studs were intact before. Would you please replace the lug nut and stud at no charge? I’d really like to continue bringing my business to your shop. You did my brake pads and rotor on 9/28/2029. Mike you don't have to answer the phone. You lost my coins.
