Excellent service and totally honest. I showed up after hours while they were cleaning up for the day. Spencer was able to tell me the problem with my car and get me back on the road. They definitely went the extra mile.

My 4 tires were low on nitrogen. I stopped by ( today 12/9/24 7:15 am )and they refilled them to specifications. No charge , unbelievable in this day and age. I appreciate them very much and will do business with them when needed in the future. Thank you

SCAMMERS, DONT GO HERE. This place misdiagnosed my vehicle and I had to go to the dealership to actually get it fixed, and I have documentation from the dealership as well showing that everything Olin Mott fixed was NEVER the issue. I called numerous times about getting some type of refund as Olin Mott had already said they can't go in the engine and do the work that was ACTUALLY needed and refused to refund any of the $700 they charged me to fix the INcorrect things. I'm no mechanic, thats the whole reason I brought it to what I thought was professionals but ultimately got charged $700 for them to mess up, and even with evidence that they messed up they still are unwilling to fix their error and are standing on charging me for their overly wrong diagnosis.
