I got a Chevy Malibu from them and drove it two weeks before it broke down. I took it back and they said they would fix it and never did after I kept paying for it for a year they finally said they didn’t know how to fix it and told me to come back in to pick out a different car. I found a Subaru Outback that I liked but they wanted me to start all over on payments. When I asked why bc I thought it wasn’t fair the guy got upset and just told me never mind take the Malibu that doesn’t run and leave. Hands down the worst dealership I’ve been to.

They are a complete rip off!! They sold me a 2014 Subaru Outback 2 weeks ago, it's had all kinds of stuff wrong with it. I paid 2000$ down, the following week I didn't make the payment bc so much was wrong with it, I decided I was taking it back to them to either fix it or give me something else. Before I could get it down there, they came and reposed it, and are refusing to let me get it back. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere!

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Olympia Motors in Albertville. They’ve always been honest with me and treated me and my family with respect. If I ever had any issues they always made it right. Sterling is the man to talk to and a decent, God fearing man. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

Stay away from this dealership! They sell you a used truck that looks nice but at the price of a new one with super high interest rates just to come take it back on repossession when your same day late on your payment if anything happens they will not help you. Went up there with albertville police department just to get my stuff out of the truck and they told me that the owner had multiple felonies for theft and taking peoples vehicles when he shouldn’t have been. They take back your vehicle just to hide it for couple weeks then put out back on the lot to sale again for 5k down and 150 per week. Basically the vehicle was paid for in full 10 times over! The guy that bought the z71 before me was in military and was overseas when they did the same to him. That was 10k in down payments twice!
