I really like to support local small businesses, so I decided to stop by Olympic Tires in Chula Vista while looking for tires for one of my cars that is currently not street legal. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the tire tech mounted four tires onto four brand new aftermarket wheels that were still sealed in the box. The wheels were unboxed onsite and were in perfect condition. After mounting, the tires were submerged in water to check for leaks, which I appreciated. However, there were a few major issues. First, the tires were never balanced, which I was told would be done. Second—and more importantly—when the wheels were handed back to me, they were completely soaked from the water test. So, I recently took my vehicle to Olympic Tires for a full service, and I honestly had a great experience. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The service itself was top-notch. My vehicle is running smoothly now. Mind you I have a very old vehicle that was in dire need of love cause it hadn’t moved in years! Everything was handled efficiently, and they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary extras. The environment was comfortable, and the team made sure I felt looked after while waiting. Tried some burritos right outside the shop and they were great as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service quality and customer care. I’d definitely recommend Olympic Tires to anyone!
