Great experience. O&M was recommended to me by friends in the neighborhood. Dejan and his father helped me with a tricky code my CRV kept throwing. He made other recommendations that were helpful and offered thoughtful ideas without being pushy. The turnaround was pretty quick and the communication was excellent. In addition to fixing the code, doing a tune-up, and some bigger structural fixes, they fixed some quirks on my dashboard display that I hadn't even mentioned to them. I will be returning!

They drink and smoke while working on car so that’s why they didn’t install my struts properly and left loose parts and my car was rattling while I drove on highway they said come back another day when I go back they said they too busy to come back another day and then I come and then they say they have no time to come back tomorrow. I have business and can’t waste time. Pep boys show me what was wrong and fixed everything.

Called with a check engine light on aTuesday they told me to bring the car in the next day. The next day, I come in they say we're too busy but come back Friday. I come back Friday they have no memory, read the codes and then say bring it by Monday. Monday comes around and guess what? They're simply too busy to see me and I should come back tomorrow (but 8 or 9am this time.. I guess if you come in at 10:45 in the morning on a day you have an appointment there is no way they can see you). The owner was also extremely rude about the whole thing like I was the one inconveniencing him driving to his shop 3 separate times. It's a shame because Dejan seemed like a great guy which is why I was willing to go back the third time, but I'll have to go somewhere else I guess.
