Omega Auto Care

I have been with omega since 2024 when I purchased a used car. They were great. Then this year I just bought a newer vehicle and wanted to stay with omega but I found out my auto loan has a five year warranty and I can’t cancel with them. I just paid omega on the 4th of March so I have been trying to cancel with omega but they keep telling me I CAN cancel with my auto loan. I just want to cancel with OMEGA get my money back for what I just paid two days ago. I didn’t want to keep getting pressured in a way to do this or do that. Someone please just call me back- I want it cancelled and I’d like my money back for this month.. so 3 stars for now

Update: After reading reviews, it seems like staff may be writing the 5 star reviews. There are plenty of reviews claiming this is scammy, buyer beware. Extremely pressuring sales staff. I sat on the phone with an individual (maybe a Chris?) for over 10 minutes, absolutely would not take no for an answer. Not in a sales hustle way, but in a blatantly; I don't think you're educated enough to make your own decision, way. Completely ruthless and inappropriate. Management should invest heavy efforts upon their staff to teach them to be personable, because that is a huge factor into making a sale.

I had an excellent experience with Omega Auto Care, thanks to Amy. She made the reimbursement process for my oil change incredibly simple and fast. While my vehicle was still in the shop, Amy took care of everything. Her team coordinated directly with the service center and the shop was paid over the phone they finished my oil change. I appreciate stress free things like that. It’s rare to find customer service this smooth and responsive these days. Thank you for making it such an easy experience.

Absolutely dissapointed in this company. Putting bigger tires on my truck made it so my warrenty is no more. Would not cover hardly anything anyway. Do not waste your money, this place is a scam! Truck was out of commission for 2 weeks while waiting to hear a word on it aswell.

Robin and her team are very dedicated to helping all of their customer's resolve any issues that they might have. This company has helped thousands of people with vehicle repairs. I am very happy to deal with such a wonderful company and staff. Omega will always be the best warranty company.
