Customer service lacks, and the young lady at the front was rude. She allowed ither customers to come in and talk over me because they spoke Spanish. The charged my credit card 3 weeks after I returned the car and could not tell me why. I reached out and sent emails and no one returned my email. I threatened to file a BBB complaint. I called credit card company and reported fraudulent charges and they reversed the money. Thieves!

Fujam dessa locadora, empresa de má índole e fraudulenta, alugamos uma van, e foi antecipadamente o valor de 765 dólares, e informados que não teria nenhum valor à mais, chegando lá, queriam nos cobrar + 1.700 dólares, quase 3x mais o valor da locação! Pedimos então o cancelamento e estorno do valor, que foi negado pela empresa. Em resumo agora estou recorrendo ao cartão de crédito para reaver meu dinheiro. NÃO RECOMENDO. Reserva feita pelo site Expidia, que tbem não ajudou em nada.
