On 3 Dyno & Performance

I brought my highly modified 2004 Mustang Cobra to On3 Dyno and Performance for dyno tuning. Over the course of several tuning sessions, I spent approximately $5,000. After receiving the car back, the engine suffered a catastrophic failure—a cracked block. For context, this engine is an iron-block 4.6L modular, and cracked blocks are not common under normal conditions. The original engine in my Ram TRX bit the dust likely due to a tuning issue from a different shop, so I turned to On 3 Dyno to bring my truck back to life. We got an awesome, new motor from Late Model Engines in Houston, and then Denzil and his team took it from there. During the entire process Denzil and his team were always available to talk on the phone, and they also regularly provided updates via text. Seemed like a good shop and to know what they are doing but called to get a quote for some work on one of my vehicles and never heard back and called back to get an update on the quote and still had nothing. Poor customer service. Edit* called another time for a quote on some work again and heard nothing. Has been at least two months. 1-Star

Did an amazing job on my wife’s Jeep. Worked with our warranty company and clean and professional job!
