On The Road Again Auto Repair

Man I couldn't say this enough this guy Danny is a lifesaver. Gosh he came in clutch tonight for me and made the impossible possible. He got 2 of my tires for a great price n he's totally customer oriented. He was definitely a keeper. Will be back for more service because of Danny You the man !

Just moved to the neighborhood. Stopped in for an oil change. The following day, Sunday they were closed. Oil leaking everywhere. Brought it to Midus the next morning (next door and NOT the same business) because On the Road was late and no one was there at 7am. Nut was put in sideways. Got super lucky and did not need a new oil pan. Midas didn’t charge me. Had I drove to work, that would've fallen out and I'd be buying either an engine or a new car today. DO NOT GO! Edit: 2 weeks later replacement nut leaking. Brought it back to Midas and they had to put a new oil pan in. $400! After paying, I went back to now called On the Road Again and discussed the issue with him. He refused to pay the cost incurred from the oil pan, but refunded my money for the oil change. Had flat tire went to change it but my spare didn't fit. Called and was told it would be about an 15 min no prob. Guy came took my tire brought it back about an hour later put it on - I drove home and heard a slight tick tick tick noise. Went to drive to work today noise was worse. Stopped at a local tire place they looked at it and told me the tire had a bubble in it and was dangerous could cause a blow out. Called on the road again the owner came out saw the bubble said it would about half hour. Over an hour and half later I called and he said 5 min away. I said this is how you run your business? Let your clients know if there's a delay instead I wasted over 3 hours waiting for a tire after they brought me a bad once. Non apologetic non sympathetic.

Awesome guys. Highly recommend! I had little money and a broke down car they came very far to get my car tore it to their shop and fix it for an amazing price. They were honest and fair with me and it’s nice to be able to have a trustworthy place to go for auto work because so many places aren’t. Thanks guys

Fast, friendly, professional, and laid-back. I went to Midas next door to them for an oil change on my first vehicle. They got me in and out in about an hour. No complaints. Told them I had another car I was bringing right back for another oil change. Once I showed up 20 minutes later with the second car, they said they had an appointment and two walk ups come in, and that it would be 2 to 2.5 hours for an oil change. I simply could not wait that long, especially when I already had brought a car in and told them I would be right back. I walked across the street and talked to the manager of the shop here. She told me it would be 20 min for an oil change, and I explained my situation to her. She even price matched what Midas was going to charge me since I had a coupon. I was in and out in 1
