I was recommended to this shop after two of my friends had great experiences here, and I can see why. Mr. Zeng is a total professional—very responsive, honest, efficient, and transparent. I brought in my 2009 Hyundai with 63k miles for some shifter issues and a 100k service. Since he’s clearly very busy, I made sure to book an appointment ahead of time, and he was able to fit me in within a week, even though my issues weren't urgent. I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM, and we discussed exactly what was going on. Mr. Zeng told me upfront he’d call with parts, pricing, and a timeline once he had a chance to take a look, and he even warned me it might not be finished the same day.
