If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this shop to get work done on my vehicle, and the entire experience was unprofessional from the moment I arrived. When I pulled in, two men were power washing the ground. They both looked at my car but didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. I went into the office and nobody was there. The person who was inside walked into the back as soon as I approached. I waited, went back outside, and one of the guys told me someone was in the office — even though I had just been in there alone. I went back in, still nobody. I even called the front desk while I was standing inside the empty office, and no one answered. Perfect service. I needed assistance with my car and I was greeted by a perfect owner and staff. They took care of me, squeezing me in their busy schedule. I was most pleased with the service I got and I am now a customer!

Came to see a 2002 is300, from the photos I saw the front end was in tact, when I came to the dealership, the front end was smashed in and the interior was trashed compared to the photos. With these defects (which were not mentioned on the phone when I called and requested to see it and drive it), Salman said he will charge me extra for the front end repairs that weren’t even supposed to be there in the first place. Do not recommend even looking for a vehicle here, poor service and would never come back, waste of time.
