ONB Automotive Repair

I called him and asked them if they do head gasket they said yes so I brought my van into them I told them that I feel my headgaskets blew. They told me it was gonna be 100 and some dollars to do a check with the vehicle. They called me two hours later saying that there is no sign of gas failure and that they were wanting to charge me for something that I already replaced I kept telling them That it was the head gasket. When I asked them from the beginning and they do head gasket replacements and they said yes then when I ask the lady how long it takes to do them, she says we usually recommend engine replacement so all of the above they charge you money for the Vehicle check and proceed to tell you that they cannot fix your vehicle even though they told me over the phone that they do head

Very friendly reception staff. They were very about intelligent about cars and explained the services I needed in a way that I didn’t feel stressed, as their is always anxiety about being “ripped off” when you go to a repair shop.

My 2019 Ford F150 XLT all of the sudden started making a high squealing noise as if for some reason something suddenly happened to my brakes. I've always heard ONB does good work on vehicles so I was in the area and pulled in. I was met by an Abby who assured me they could help and since they were closing she offered me a loaner car. The next day ONB found the problem, expedited a part that was needed, making an extra effort to get my truck fixed asap and had it ready for me. No one likes taking their vehicle in to an automotive shop to get worked on, but I know ONB is there with a great staff, like Abby, and mechanics, that do quality work, if I should need them.
