Excellent team, great communication, and quality used parts. Needed some 20th anniversary rocker panels which are quite hard to find in good shape, so messaged one love to see if they had any available. They let me know there was a set coming in a few weeks. They messaged me a few weeks later and let me know they were pulled and ready for pickup, mind you I have not seen them yet not asked for photos. I asked for after hours pickup and went o collect my parts and was amazed how great they looked. Transaction with them was easy. I also received a nice air freshener!!!

Always my first search when looking for OEM VAG parts. Helped me put my MK6 GTI back together for thousands of dollars less and saved me countless hours scouring wrecking yards. The prices are very fair and they answer the phone and are willing to talk shop if needed. Can’t recommend them enough.

Bought and paid for 2 items just to get refunded because of a mistake they made. They also gave false information in regards to why they cancelled the order so it wouldn't hurt there seller ratings. I would imagine they've done this many times. You must take own and deal with mistakes made. They did not.

They sold me a faulty Volkswagen part and will not accept a return. After arguing, the most I could get from them was a store credit return which is ridiculous. I am still trying to get my money back and not having great luck. whoever I’m communicating with is very dismissive of what I’m saying and clearly does not care.
