One Oak Place

We, Senior Living Moving Company, love moving clients in and out of One Oak because of the people who live and work there. You can drive around the building and know it's a great place before you even leave the car. It's in a beautiful quiet location right in the middle of Fargo and the residents are always active either walking, gardening, or socializing. The maintenance man we met on multiple occasions is one of the nicest caring people you'll ever meet which can make a world difference when trying to make a new place home! This used to be a wonderful place for my mother to live. Since Valley Rental has taken over management, the place is dirty, the office staff are not helpful and maintenance is minimal. Very sad that the place has gone downhill.

Beautiful place My adopted Mom has a apartment here. Her apartment is nice and cozy. Lot's of stuff and areas to do activities.

Management is very authoritative. May as well have prison guards watching your every move. Not family friendly at all. Many defects in the build of this place so renter beware. Were very rude to my wife when trying to aid a family member. Then called her mother and tried to pit her against her. Poor people skills.
