They ran a full diagnostic, found the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. They replaced the ignition coils, spark plugs, and a purge valve — the car’s been running perfectly since. Great experience. Family business, purchased a used SUV this week and they were class acts all the way, beginning to end. Mike (owner’s son) was great, never pushy, always personable and genuine. The key to sales, especially in the used car business, is to always treat customers like you want their business, and never like you need their business. And when you do earn the business, treat the customer like you appreciate their business. That’s exactly what I got. Mike, who is relatively new to sales and learning from his dad in real time, did a fantastic job. The kid’s a natural and the family business is in good hands. Would recommend anyone in the market for a used vehicle or auto repair.
