I had a great experience with Francis and the team at One Stop Collision. I didn’t want to go through insurance, and Francis was able to provide me with an estimate just from the photos I sent of the damage to our Tesla. The price was fair and even negotiated with me to make sure it worked for my budget. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Francis sent progress photos of the repair and even after-photos for me to review before I picked up the car. It was also a pleasure meeting the technician, Francisco, who was very professional. The results were beyond my expectations — the Tesla looked like new again. They even went the extra mile and repaired the entire bumper, not just the dented side we had originally agreed on. I have previously had a bad experience with a different body shop as they repainted my front bumper, and the quality was very bad because in a few months of the work, rock chips has destroyed the paint easily. so I met Francis from One stop auto and she made it clear that won’t happen to her work so I gave her my Toyota Avalon. she brought me a brand new OEM front bumper and repainted the whole thing and there were no fish eyes and no flaws in the paint. The front bumper looked as if it was a brand new car and for the price she gave me. This is an amazing deal. It’s very hard to find a high-quality paint jobs for a good price nowadays people usually like to use the excuse of being a Toyota certified shop to charge a good $1500-1800. Her prices were around half the price at the job was FLAW
