One Stop Auto Shop

Frank is the most knowledgeable mechanic I know. He will never cut corners and is also the most reasonably priced Auto shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He's professional and personable and treats his customers like family.

I got a nail in my tire on RT 3 on the way from the airport heading to Cape Cod. It was on Sunday around 5 PM so i figured no place would be open and I would have to drive around with a nail in my tire. But i googled mechanics just to see if anyone was open and miraculously One Stop Auto Shop was and Frank the owner was an absolute lifesaver. He was abled to plug my tire and get me back on the road quickly. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic and provided fast and friendly service. I was surprised to find that the shop itself is more than 120 years old and had an amazing history.

Don’t go here! They went through my entire car and stole a bunch of stuff, put a bunch of miles on my car, opened my mail, broke my car sensor and won’t fix it, put the wrong lug nuts on my tires, and said they did the brakes but someone else told me they weren’t new pads, also the piece he used to hold my boots on fell off…. It’s in worse shape then I got it and they won’t fix what they broke!!! Don’t do it!!

Frank was very helpful. Looking for a bolt and couldn't find it at the hardware store. Frank had one there!

Frank was paid in full to repair my car from what I was told a simple rear-end collision 7 months ago. I do not have my car because there are still parts to be ordered and work to be finished. There is additional work that needs to be fixed because my brand new car got damaged from sitting in his garage for so long. Frank does not respond to phone calls or texts. The only way to find out any progress on work of your vehicle is to drive to his shop and hope that he is there. When he is there is will give you a large number of excuses why the work has not been done and many promises that are never kept that the car will be finished. Unfortunately, this mechanic was not as honest and hard working as he appeared when we met.
