One Stop Emissions

I never paid so much money for emissions test before. This guy, this afternoon charge such a high amount to do my emissions test, and on top of it he was mean. He asked me to step out of my car, lifted the hood od the car, and he was sick too.This is my first time using dekalb for emissions test. I am unimpressed with the service and pricing. Therefore, I will not used this place anymore.

There is so many emissions in the city do not come here! Reason 1 they charge more than any other emissions because it’s in the tag parking lot so yes you’re paying for extra convenience. Reason 2 the owner or employee on staff today was completely rude not with his words but with his manners. When I arrived he was sitting down on the phone and proceeded to do that. So I decided to pull in since I was on a time crunch. He finally walked over still on the phone but standing by his computer therefore I asked him “are you available for service” to get serviced. Reason 3 I would never return he left my gas cap and cover open! That was definitely on purpose because it’s on the opposite of the drivers side someone had to get my attention on the road. Completely pathetic. Voice on your customers

Leaving one star for now. I’ll change if I get a refund. It’s 2:30 and they’re closed. It’s my last grace day trying to get my vehicle to pass… been at it since 8:00am and spent over $500. Went somewhere else and they told me the usual “need to get on the freeway and drive some more”. I’m pissed. Cost me another $20.

I was in between a rock and a hard place. He really helped me out big time. Fast, professional and the test was done correctly! I appreciate them!!!

Right off of Memorial Highway and emissions test was only $25. The young man was friendly and fast. I appreciated the sitting area inside since it was a colder day. There are two lanes inside, on the day I went there was only one lane open and no wait. It was a pretty standard experience. I received a receipt and copy of the test. When I went to pay for my registration there was no problems.
