One Twenty Two had my vehicle for a little less than 2 weeks, I picked up my vehicle today and was amazed by the work that they did. Dropped my Nissan LEAF off for a front bumper and fender repair, and Adam absolutely understood the assignment. He had me back on the road in no time—dropped it off on a Monday night and got it back before the end of the week. The team is professional and clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again!

I had my car taken here for repair. They are very professional and really care about what they do. Very friendly, warm and knowledgeable staff. They updated me throughout the period my car was in repair. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place.

I visited One Twenty Two Collision to assess issues encountered with my rearview camera misalignment after a post-accident repair completed by another collision shop assigned by the other party's insurance company. This location was my third stop - cry for help. Unfortunately One Twenty Two Collision was not able to help. But I had to add a review simply because of the great customer service provided by the office staff. I appreciate more than I can say the wonderful customer service that Delilah (Administrator) and Adam (Manager) provided. They actively listened to my concerns. Delilah was attentive to my frustrated recounting of my concerns and encouraged me to bring the vehicle in so that Adam could evaluate the vehicle. I brough the vehicle in and was immediately greeted very warmly

I'm overdue with providing this review, but I was 100% satisfied with the work and customer service of One Twenty Two Collision. Five days after my car accident, my car was fixed and back on the road. I also appreciated the constant communication. You won't go wrong with this business.
