I had an excellent experience with One Way Glass. They fixed my Tesla Model Y in under two hours, and the work was flawless. Everyone was super nice, professional, and very communicative throughout the process. The pricing is what really sets them apart. Tesla quoted $1,500, Safelite quoted $1,450, and One Way Glass came in at under $800 — almost half the price. They also got me in fast. I called 15 shops across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and all of them said they don’t work on Teslas. I truly thought Tesla or Safelite were my only options. Finding One Way Glass was a huge relief. I drove in from Massachusetts and avoided taxes — totally worth the trip. If you’re within an hour or even two, call them and make the drive. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about One Way Glass! They were professional, did great work, and kept me informed every step of the way about the glass we needed, which was from an older car so had to be ordered. The repair was perfect! Thank you!

Windshield replacement for 2014 Buick Enclave. Called other places and found their price the best. Called and made an appointment to have my windshield replaced, person that answered phone was informative and professional. The day of the appointment the window for the mobile install was about 5 hrs, but they let me know an exact time they would be at my house. The installer Jr. took his time to explain the procedure and welcomed me to watch if I wanted. He was very easy to talk to and had over 5 years of experience. He took his time taking the windshield apart and replaced it quickly. Excellent service! The windshield needed to be calibrated and another person Josh arrived and performed the calibration quickly. Great experience with one way glass. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in quickly and the tech who came to my home was very professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

If you are in Massachusetts are stop looking around, they are the best, not only quality of they service, but they customer service is amazing. They are reliable, the came to me an came on time! Communication was great, price was reasonable, and by the way, very professional. They replaced one of my box truck Windshield and will definitely use them again!
