Not only do they have great vehicles for sale, but their service department is top tier. The mechanics took their time with me, answered every question I had, and didn’t even charge me for a diagnostic. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find. They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Great buying experience. My son was looking to buy his first car. They sent me all of the additional photos I requested and were completely honest about the condition of the car. Everyone was very kind when we showed up to test drive. They didn't hover, they let us look it over and discuss the car without pressuring us. We made the purchase the same day. The scammed me, I paid them for change my front lights and my oil changed, they charge for both services and did nothing. When I texted to ask him, he didnt even reply back, and he saw the message. Don't trust on them. They are awful. I have proof of how much I paid, the message that I sent to them and they ignore and the bills that I had to pay to Mavis so they could actually change my lights and oil. Save yourself a bad time and get a good mechanich and not an awful one like this guys

Hard to find a mechanic in Lebanon area who works on BMW’s and communicates directly with the customer while keeping an affordable price. They definitely will do your car right. I have never felt my car run this smoothly before after they were able to fix my engine mount and overheating issues. Will most definitely go back if I run into anymore car problems, highly recommend and trust this shop to fix my vehicle and keep the pricing fair to both the customer and mechanics, which is rare to find with European car mechanics these days.
