First of all, I would say that Mr. Louis and his team were extremely professional and humble and knew exactly what they were doing! I called them first to make sure that they would work on my car (as it was Saturday, most of the shops were closed) and they totally welcomed me! I had multiple problems with my car and they firstly understood the problems calmly and then started working in my car. They knew almost everything inside out of my Buick! Once the core problem was identified, they got the things that need to be replaced ASAP. My car was free of all the problems in just few hours (I was expecting it might take atleast one whole day to take away my car) Also, the price was totally reasonable. When I got the quote, I was like "Damn! I saved good money here!!!" I would recommend this

My car was running hot on yesterday I call the shop they came out did a diagnostic test it was my water pump that went out. My car was fix less than 5 hours same day. The service was fast fast and the employees were professional. I definitely recommend one way automotive and I will be back . Thanks again
