Windshield & 1 window was replaced. Super easy to use website to set appointment. Communications were polite and simple to understand. Received quote prior to setting appointment and the cost was much less than I expected. Repairman was on time, polite, respectful and efficient. Having them come to my home, for the replacement, made this experience a delight. Quality of work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!!

At current they installed new windshield & during they broke the Cowl, didn’t mention whatsoever, I called warranty people within hours of appt, they came out took pictures the next day & then I haven’t heard anything from them. They keep texting me the same stuff over & over. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them, first two times all went well, so maybe they gave me a bad technician, that’s not good for business. I will update if they do decide to fix, but as of right now, I wouldn’t go back there or recommend to anyone, bc the part they broke cost as much or more than the windshield. Update: Well never received call back in almost 3 weeks so I called them today, they transferred me to I assume was the local office & they don’t see anything & don’t really know so they said they would call

Schedule my service online even put my insurance information in so I can do an insurance claim. Scheduling online was pretty straightforward, however I was impressed with the communication from the technician Gentry, he first contacted to let me know we are still on schedule for the day, followed up when he was heading my way and contacted me once he got to my house. He even was able to salvage my inspection sticker! All in all great service from start to finish!

I had a great experience with Safelite. Scheduling was easy online and they offer discounts while other places do not. My technician, Dillon, notified me hours ahead of his arrival time and when he were on the way. Dillon provided amazing customer service and a speedy service. He even put my parking and car wash stickers back on the windshield! I am very pleased with my experience.

Great experience!! Easiest windshield replacement experience hands down. I didn't even have to deal with my insurance which is the greatest part of all!!! Ease of scheduling, tech was nice and informative. Definitely recommend
