Ontario Car Wash

Just wanted to leave a review for my experience today at the Ontario NY car wash. I purchased the Ultimate wash and was supposed to receive a free vacuum token (worth $2.00) as well. When the token didn’t dispense, I called the owners after my wash was completed. I wasn’t concerned about not getting the token but wanted to let them know that it needed to be reloaded. The gentleman that promptly answered my call was so kind and genuinely wanted to make things right. He offered to mail the token to me. I declined as it wasn’t an issue. Then he offered to send me a check for $2.00 instead. I declined again. He asked which bay I used and he’d be there tomorrow. I’ve used this new car wash several times since they moved in. Love the updates to this location. It’s obvious new owners have taken over due to upkeep and service. Love the hot air feature at end of wash. My vehicle looks great every single time!! Also had an issue with wash which turned out to be my fault with scanning code on my phone but owner personally drove 25 minutes and figured it out for me. Very pleasant and accommodating …gave me a free wash coupon to boot!! Thank you and God bless!!!

I decided to try out this car wash since it recently underwent new ownership and renovations. After my car got washed I noticed a piece of my trim had broken off. I got a hold of the owner who said he would glue it back on. My husband, who is a mechanic, already tried to glue it on himself but it does not stay! Long story short, I will NEVER go here again and have already told several people to not get their car washed here.

Used the right side bay that is designed for touch less. Cleaned the car amazing and dryer works great! For $13 it did a phenomenal job!

Normally good, today clearly they were out of some things. No pretty colors and very uneven/light on soap. :(
