Purchased a BMW X3 from Open Road BMW recently. Sales professional Andrew was excellent to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive throughout the entire process. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, and made everything feel easy and straightforward. Andrew also helped coordinate our NJ to PA tag transfer, which he handled smoothly and without stress. Manager Omar and the rest of the team were just as great—professional, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Lots of laughs, good energy, and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. Open Road had a great price on a Ram 1500. I called and ended up talking to Juan Torres-Aguilar. Being out of state from Maryland, I had a lot of questions before I could see the car. Juan was very helpful in not only answering the questions, but also was honest about the condition of the vehicle (pre-owned cars are hardly ever perfect) and even FaceTimed me to walk around the car and zoom into certain areas. We negotiated down due to the rear tires being almost shot to a fair price, and I put a deposit down to hold the car through email. Even though it was the end of the month and sales teams were pressed to hit numbers, I was not pressured to coming up before I could to pick up and buy the truck a week later when I had time. Great deal all down the drain because of a nasty interaction from the Sales Manager, Omar. I had seen a car online and had talked to Marc over the phone about the car. I made it clear I was specifically shopping for a car for a family member and would be flying in from Vegas specifically for this. Coming in after a long red eye flight, Marc the Sales Manager greeted me and my family well with open arms. They had the car all ready to go. We were then referred to Max, one of the sales reps, who was also very nice and patient. Nothing of note during the test drive, but my relative was not exactly feeling the car.
