Open Road RV

We worked with Blaine over the phone to purchase our used Winnebago motorhome. We did this from 2,000 miles away as the unit we wanted was at Open Road. Blaine was the best! He helped us with all the details and photos that we asked for throughout the process. Once those details were finalized, we made the trip out to Open Road and our experience at the dealership was amazing, everyone there was extremely helpful. There was one small discrepancy with the motorhome that I was not expecting, and Open Road stepped up without hesitation and took care of it. We have been to many RV dealerships over the years and honestly Open Road by a fair margin provided the most professional and friendly experience! Thank You!

Everyone was very helpful with information. Our purchase went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and kind. We appreciated all the help showing us the details, of how to operate and take care of everything. Some there, gave great suggestions, based on their own personal experiences. Kimberly did a great job coordinating the service for me and made the extra effort to have the technician , Roger, join to help explain what they did to check the connection issue to the truck. He was very helpful as well.

We recently purchased a new Freightliner Inception Super C motor home from Open Road RV in Monroe… nice unit.. the purchase was very simple and straight forward..everyone was easy to work with.. as with any new vehicle, particularly a huge diesel motorhome, there is a break in period to get all systems synced .. Open Road RV listened to our concerns and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied at the end of the day.. that has value..
