I'm so excited for them, they used to be stowed away in a tiny store front with limited inventory - this new place is a real game changer. Also, I learned that triumph now sells dirt bikes 🤯. Really nice folks that mixed my tube tire. Happened to bump into the owner right as my right as my tire went flat on a road trip. He offered to load my bike and bring it to my shop. What a nice guy. Friendly and quick service and the repair too. Thanks very much!

I own a one-year-only ’83 Honda CX650C, so parts are scarce and I needed real help rebuilding my forks. The prior service manager gave me the runaround—he wouldn’t source parts, lectured me about the bike being “too old,” and after I followed the VIN-based parts diagram and even bought remanufactured inners with the correct P/N, he said they wouldn’t fit, charged me for disassembly, and returned my forks in pieces—missing a part that had been there. Enter Porcia. She listened, understood the situation, and immediately made it right: she supplied the missing piece at no charge, coordinated the entire rebuild, and kept me informed. My forks came back tight and flawless. More importantly, she turned months of frustration into relief and trust. That’s the kind of service you remember.
