It took me too long to make a review on this place. Our seller was nice, he just keep smiling and offer us a good deal. We look everywhere even if we fell in love already with the 5th wheel we saw online. But when I saw it in person I have no problem but lenth on it lol. It was too long and to high, so we look everywhere that they offer but nothing can really beat it, the price and how spacious inside. My husband demand for an AC in the bedroom and the next time that we came back, AC was there and they change also the AC in the living room area. Aside from the ceiling decor is broken and the top of the counter is messed up. This trailer that they offer us, we love it and they really help us a lot with everything. Thank you for helping us. We traded a very nice 2021 Keystone Cougar Couples trailer for a 2021 Thor Four Winds 31 EV motorhome on June 14, 2025. First let me say that we started doing business over the phone with Garry Jackson at the Optimum RV in Oklahoma City (Moore, OK) business. Doing business was difficult at best as nothing was as we had agreed upon prior to traveling down from Missouri. When we finally got the motorhome home after a 9 hour trip thru pouring rain, we sat down and looked over the paperwork again. Here are things we found that we missed the 3rd time around: 1: purchase price was still different 2. They collected way more taxes than needed 3. The home had not been cleaned as they promised after the walk thru (the sinks were all clogged and wouldn’t drain, the black tank was completely full

Consignors beware. It took them SIX weeks to properly list our Tiffin Phaeton RV. They had only one photo that said "call for details" until we complained enough. The unit needed some repairs, and the contract clearly stated that the cost would come out of the proceeds above what we were promised upon sale of the unit. They argued for weeks about this. We would hear one thing from headquarters in Florida and another from OKC. Florida said don't pay the repair invoice, per the contract and OKC was hounding us to pay it. Our Florida contact actually ghosted us, and we lost all contact with them.
